Tom Krieckaert
Fund manager | Strategy, Finance
Tom gained experience in external auditing before he became CFO and later CEO, and as such has been jointly responsible for the significant growth that the Lumipol Group has accomplished. In addition, he has experience in investing and divesting start-ups and scale-ups and has a large network in the financial world (banks and investors) and the Dutch manufacturing industry. Lars Krieckaert

As a lawyer at several law firms, Lars has been involved in all legal aspects of acquisitions and drafting and assessing of commercial contracts, after which he made the transition to the business environment, where he again mainly focuses on acquisitions and commercial contracts.
Sven Krieckaert
Fund manager | Business development
Sven has a strong personal focus on people management, operational excellence, and business development. As a COO, and in various other positions, he has a proven track record of creating stable business growth and financial performance, thereby enabling the growth of the Lumipol Group.
Edwin Rammeloo
Fund manager | Finance, M&A
Edwin has gained a lot of experience in the externalaudit for the technology and manufacturing industry, and has recently made the transition to a role as CFO, which means that he also has experience on the entre- preneurial side. In addition to his involvement with some internationally listed tech and manufacturing companies, he also has experience with (high-tech) start-ups and scale-ups, including a role as start-up coach in the High-Tech XL accelerator program.
Paul Krieckaert
Fund manager | Strategy, Technology
Paul has held various management and CEO positions at large industrial companies and has gained a lot of entrepreneurial experience in those roles (starting up, growing, restructuring, selling, etc.) before starting his own business. In addition, Paul possesses a large national and international network.
Freek Dielissen
Fund manager | Business development, Technology
Freek is the co-founder of ViriCiti, a company that specializes in monitoring solutions for electric busses. Under his leadership, the company has grown to become the market leader in Europe and America and has since been successfully sold. In his role as CEO, Freek successfully led two investment rounds (seed and series A) and the sale of ViriCiti.
Peter Wezenbeek
Technology
Peter has a ton of experience in automotive control systems, including experience at a Formula 1 team and autonomous driving for ‘regular cars’ at Zoox (Now Amazon) amongst others. In addition, Peter possesses a large network of technological knowledge at both national and international levels. Peter’s specific technical knowledge is highly relevant to most of the companies in our focus areas.
Manon Krieckaert - Nijs
Marketing & Communications
After her studies, Manon added value to various commercial and non-profit organizations as a Marketing & Communication specialist. As a producer in the field of Marketing & Communication, she uses her knowledge and experience in the field of corporate communication, online marketing, social media and the organization of fairs and events.
Rianne Brenkman
Office Management & HRM
Rianne has over 25 years of experience as an executive secretary and HR Manager in various tech environments. For the last 10 years she has been affiliated with Lumipol, where she provides support to directors and management in the field of HR, financial administration and general facilitating tasks.
